Off To Notso Quick A Start...
My name is George and I've been an employee of Yours Truly Restaurants for more than 10 years (a manager for most of them) and I've loved almost every minute of it (there were some rough minutes- I'm looking at you, power outages) and I've met more good people (employees, guests, associates) through YT than any single other place I've experienced.
Though I've been managing for years I've been blogging for minutes and I'm not sure if I'm gonna successfully post this or hit the wrong button and accidentally e-mail it to myself (if so- hey George, what's up?) but either way I'll have fun writing it. If I screw it up I'll just ask my wonderful wife Maria to fix it, she's pretty computer savvy, and already help set most of this up in the first place.
So I'm going to write about some Yours Truly things and some restaurant things and some things that will only make sense to me I suppose but here goes...
